This Bank Holiday the brethren of The Elizabethan Lodge 7262 and many from other local lodges including Twynham Lodge 5889, Barton Court, and Lymington and their families and friends got together for a special boat charter on the Dorset Queen. This boat was part of the original Dunkirk rescue mission and so it was a perfect vessel to celebrate 85 years since Dunkirk and 80 Years since VE Day.
We toured around the Harbour at Poole and out to sea for a while listening to highlights from our Captain, tucked into a tasty BBQ and of course made full use of the bar.
